Mac instructions
1. After downloading, a new window will appear
If not, click the .dmg file that was downloaded
to your computer.
2. Copy QuickSupport to Applications
Drag-n-drop the QuickSupport icon into the
Applications folder.
3. Launch QuickSupport
From your Applications folder, double-click the
QuickSupport icon.
4. Tell us Your ID
Your contact will ask for Your ID and Password.
We will then be able to assist you.
